We're Nocula ("we," "us"). This policy covers what happens to information collected on nocula.com. We built a business on the idea that companies should own and control their data — we treat yours the same way.
We use your information to reply to you, send you what you asked for, and improve the site. That's it. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for. If you request the checklist, you get the checklist — not a drip campaign.
Correspondence is kept as long as we're talking, or as long as we need it for legitimate business records. Ask us to delete it and we will.

This site is for business owners and their teams. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
